Plus, you can make it up to 5 days in advance. Add a 1/4 cup of powdered spice to a teaspoon of pepper and 1/2 a cup of water and blend over a high heat till it forms a thick paste. Whisk 1 cup coconut milk, 1 tsp coconut oil and at least 1/2 tsp of paste over a medium heat. Don’t let the mixture boil. When warmed and well mixed, add honey to taste.

You’ll need 4 chicken thighs (skin on), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 1/2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 3/4 tsp of the yellow spice, salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Blend ingredients together to coat chicken. Heat oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and cook at medium (both sides) till golden and brown and cooked through.
