This is one of the most common homemade sushi. It takes 20 minutes to make. One needs 2 cups of seasoned sushi rice, fresh sliced salmon, wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger. One is required to shape the seasoned rice using wet hands into ten mounds. Add wasabi on each salmon slice, and put them on the shaped rice, so the wasabi makes the fish stick to the rice. Press using your hands to give them a shape and serve with the pickled ginger and soy sauce.

The sushi ingredients include seasoned rice vinegar, sugar, salt, short grained sushi rice, water, and four toasts of toasted nori. Fillings can be cucumbers, carrots, pepper, scallion, avocado, and daikon. Press the rice onto the shiny side down placed nori. Line up the fillings an inch from the edge of the mat. Roll up the nori, fillings, and the rice into a cylinder and tug the mat to tighten the sushi roll. Dab the unsealed edge with water and transfer the sushi to a plate. Using a wet knife, cut the sushi roll into pieces and serve with soy sauce.

The Tuna is cut into ¼-inch cubes and mixed with Sriracha sauce, green onion, and sesame oil. With the shiny side down, lay the nori on the mat and with Tezu wet fingers, spread the rice on the nori sheet evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
