The pizzas from Napoli nel Cuore come forth from fourth generation authentic pizzaioli (pizza makers) that to this day prepare and cook the pizza fritta on the side streets of old Napoli. Their pizza recipe is based on a naturally light dough, low in yeast, with a long resting time therefore easy to digest. They use the finest ingredients most of which are imported from Italy.
