In pursuit of creating the perfect Banh Mi, they've analysed countless Vietnamese pork rolls from around the world over the past decade. Now back home in Australia, they believe they understand what it takes to make a Banh Mi their mothers would be proud of. In doing so, they've gone to great lengths to hand-craft their rolls so it offers just the right balance of textures and flavours. Yes, you can say that they take our food too seriously, but when it comes to food, they believe every element should be done well, and that you shouldn’t pay a fortune for a quality bite — because that’s how we roll.
